OPT Cunningham Division Champs!

In 2013 Cunningham championship final Oak Park Township, the regular season champion with a 16-3 record, unbelievably rallied from a 14-8 deficit, scoring 7 runs in the bottom of the 7th to defeat Breit & Johnson 15-14.  B & J had come back in the 6th (4 runs) & 7th innings (9 runs), down 7-1, scoring all 9 runs in the top of the 7th after 2 outs, but 9 OPT batters in order reached base in their 1/2 of the inning with Evan Neislawski driving in the winning runs with a walk-off 2B hit, his third of the game.  Roy Iversen had pitched 5 strong innings for OPT in the beginning of the game (2 runs, 6 K's).  He and Neislawski scored 3 runs, but amongst several clutch at-bats in the bottom of the 7th the key was Amir Tillis' bases-loaded 2B to the LF fence, clearing the bases.  Tillis scored the tying run and Iversen the winner.  Cian Flanigan (3 hits, 3 RBI), Zack Pacer & Ben Klinger (2 hits each) were the big bats for OPT.  All OPT starters scored. Leading hitters for B & J were Hank Roucka , Luke Chancellor, Matt Testore (3 RBI), Jacob Zeidner, & Aiden Kelly (3 Runs) all had 2 hit games.  In the field Connor Nelson had another strong game for OPT as did C.J Pospisil for Breit & Johnson.
